Shape up your home for spring marketing!

Get your yard in shape. When you're selling in the spring, you need to get your yard in shape. Clear winter yard debris and get your flower beds in shape.  Do this as soon as possible.

Spring clean.  Scrub away and make it sparkle.  A sparkling clean home will make your home seem even more appealing and impress buyers.

De-clutter your closet.    Winter coats and cloths are bulky and take up a lot of room.  Buyers will be impressed with all that space.

Do not forget your entry way.   Pick up a new welcome mat and clean the doorway.  This will be inviting to potential buyers.

Fragrants of Spring. Spring is full of colors and fragrances.   Bring the aroma indoors. Fragrances have an effect on mood. 

Color, Color, Color!   Pull out crisp linens with coverlets for color.  Accent pillows and bright bed covering will make a splash.
