Karen McNaul Broker/Owner of McNaul Real Estate, Inc has 19 years of experience in the Montezuma Iowa real estate industry.  I am passionate about helping people realize their dream of homeownership.   A long time resident of Montezuma and current resident of Lake Ponderosa. She graduated from Montezuma Community School and married to my high school sweet heart Kevin.  Our family consists of our son James and his wife Mindy.  They have blessed our family with two wonderful grandsons.  Our daughter is just finishing up her education.  She has her masters in mental health.  She also has a passion for helping people.

Carol Morrow an agent with the firm is a long time resident of the area.  Carol has knowledge of Poweshiek, Iowa, and surrounding counties along with Lake Ponderosa.   A graduate from HLV Community School.  She married Scott and lives on an acreage east of Deep River, IA.  They have 3 children and one granddaughter.  They own a construction company and rental properties.  She has 25 year experience in small business.  She believes that customer service is #1 and that she will do everything she can to make each transaction a great experience for both the buyer and the seller.
